Job Description

The Technology Graduate Associate will have responsibilities defined by the line manager. This includes collaborating with technical writers to create documentation, assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of prototypes, real-time distributed systems, upgrades, and automated tests. The role involves supporting the translation of business requirements into technical ones, helping to investigate and resolve errors, and drafting reporting documentation. The associate will also develop knowledge of coding languages and other technical skills while working closely with developers, product managers, and environment support teams.

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities: Exact role responsibilities will be defined by the line manager in each placement, but examples include: - Works with technical writers to create documentation for support - Assists in the design, development and maintenance of prototypes, real-time distributed systems, upgrades and / or automated tests. - Supports the translation of business requirements into technical requirements needs by sourcing data and undertaking appropriate analyses under supervision - Assists existing business users and helps to investigate and resolve errors, data discrepancies and queries - Drafts relevant reporting documentation and complies with internal and external standards - Uses a range of techniques and technologies and works closely with developers with varied backgrounds, product managers, and environment support teams. - Develops knowledge of coding language and other technical skills.
