Your daily life

Our teams specialize in aeronautical and naval radionavigation, radiocommunication, and satellite communication systems and equipment. At the heart of Corrèze, the site's activity, primarily industrial, covers the entire product life cycle, from the design phase to customer support.

You will manage a team responsible for the technical coordination of test bench activities from the requirements capture phase, through delivery to our customers, and maintenance of the installed fleet.

In this capacity, your main missions consist of:

• Ensuring the hierarchical management of your team of approximately 10 people
• Sharing the vision and challenges of the service with your team. Setting and evaluating objectives. Driving the professional development of employees.
• Participating in responses to calls for tenders for various sectors.
• Piloting the Make-Team-Buy strategy and establishing partnerships with subcontractors in France and internationally.
• Supervising the service's activity: monitoring the technical progress of Test Bench development while respecting performance, costs, and planning. Ensuring the quality of benches delivered to our customers and managing Bench roadmaps for the various production and support islands.
• Ensuring the application of engineering processes and the development of team maturity.
• Organizing capitalization and continuous improvement

Your profile

Are you an engineer or equivalent, with confirmed experience in project development management, including experience in managing subcontracting?

Are you motivated by talent development and sharing your knowledge on development processes, methodology, practices, and tools?

Are you a source of technical and organizational proposals and innovation, do you accept challenges with an entrepreneurial spirit?

Do you know the steps of the hardware and/or software development process and engineering practices?

As a leader, do you know how to unite teams around a culture of commitment and foster collaborative work with stimulating new approaches?

Customer-oriented, are you sensitive to understanding their needs and satisfaction?
