Job Description

As a Line Quality Correspondent within the Industry Competence Center, you will join the Aeronautical & Naval Equipment industrial unit, reporting to the production manager in a team of 3. Your role is to actively ensure and maintain the conformity of deliverables from Autonomous Production and Repair Units (APRUs) by implementing the Quality management system and providing essential quality support to various stakeholders.
Must have:
  • Ensure the deployment and maintenance of the Quality system
  • Monitor compliance with company standards, trades, production instructions and industrial basics
  • Ensure the proper functioning of support devices
  • Contribute to audit preparation and processing of induced action plans
  • Provide necessary quality support to production
  • Validate acceptance criteria
  • Analyze, process and manage all non-conformities encountered in production (internal or suppliers)
  • Arbitrate on the acceptability of manufactured equipment
  • Analyze production quality indicators by identifying recurrences to address them
  • Contribute to improving the industrial performance of the production unit by proposing innovative solutions

Your daily life

Within the Pays de la Loire region, our site specializes in the integration of identification equipment integrated on aeronautical platforms and naval communication systems. The site's activity, primarily industrial, covers the entire product life cycle, from the design phase to customer support.

Within the Industry Competence Center, you will join the Aeronautical & Naval Equipment industrial unit as a Line Quality Correspondent.

Reporting to the production manager, you will join a team of 3 people.

You will actively contribute to obtaining and maintaining the conformity of deliverables from APRUs (Autonomous Production and Repair Unit) by deploying the proper consideration of the Quality management system and providing the necessary quality support to the various stakeholders.

Your main tasks consist of:

  • ensuring the deployment and maintenance of the Quality system
  • monitoring compliance with company standards, trades, production instructions, and industrial basics
  • ensuring the proper functioning of support devices
  • contributing to audit preparation and processing of induced action plans.
  • providing the necessary quality support to production
  • validating acceptance criteria

Your profile

Graduated with a bac + 2/3, do you have experience in equipment production in the industrial electronics field?

Do you have knowledge in electronics, mechanics, and manufacturing processes of electronic sub-assemblies?

Ideally, are you able to communicate easily in writing in English?

Do you have a strong customer culture and are you concerned about the notions of commitment and quality of deliverables?

Are you rigorous, organized, and able to manage priorities?
