Your daily life

By joining us in Valence, you will integrate the global center of gravity for our helicopter avionics activities. It also houses our digital services activities.

You will join the DI2C department (Engineering, IT Management and Critical Systems Department), which supports our clients in the management and evolution of their ERP applications, so that they best meet their business needs, while respecting security and availability requirements.

You will assist in operational support and contribute to monitoring service performance. The technical environment is demanding because it is critical for our clients.

In this context, you will:

• Assist in the management and coordination of services delivered to clients.
• Produce and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to guarantee service quality.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and services.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve incidents and problems.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
• Participate in the deployment of new scope management.
