Job Description
We are seeking a QA Test Lead to ensure the quality and reliability of game features. This role involves overseeing Functionality QA (FQA) projects, managing test planning and execution, and supporting a team to achieve high testing standards. You will collaborate with Project Managers, QA teams, and clients to ensure smooth project operations, focusing on continuous improvement and risk management. Key responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact for QA queries, assessing project needs, defining testing objectives, and ensuring proper staffing. You will maintain client communication, oversee test planning and execution, and manage QA documentation. The role also includes tracking QA metrics for process improvements, managing risks, leading and mentoring a QA team, fostering a collaborative environment, and supporting multi-site team collaboration.

We are looking for a QA Test Lead to play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of game features. In this role, you will oversee Functionality QA (FQA) projects, manage test planning and execution, and support a team in delivering high testing standards. You will work closely with Project Managers, QA teams, and clients, ensuring projects run smoothly while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for QA related queries and ensure the delivery of high-quality test coverage
- Collaborate with supervisors to assess project needs, define testing objectives, and ensure proper staffing and resource allocation
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on test progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client expectations are met
- Oversee test planning, test case creation, and execution, ensuring alignment with client and project requirements
- Maintain and update QA documentation, including test plans, bug reports, and checklists
- Ensure QA metrics and test results are properly tracked and used to drive continuous improvements in testing processes
- Manage risk assessment and escalate issues effectively
- Lead, mentor and onboard a team of QA Technicians, QA Analysts, and Associate QA Test Leads, promoting a growth mindset and professional development
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment, ensuring team members feel valued, listened to, and empowered to share ideas and contribute to process improvements
- Work closely with multi-site teams, supporting seamless collaboration and maintaining project alignment across locations
