Test Manager (Farlight84)

1. Develop and execute test strategies based on the project team's plan, ensuring the quality and stability of the product. 2. Manage the daily work arrangements of the test team to ensure smooth project progress. 3. Recruit, train, and guide team members within the test team to improve overall team capabilities. 4. Regularly provide the project team and test supervisor with test progress reports and quality assessments, and conduct problem analysis and review. 5. Be able to reasonably formulate external test plans and risk assessments based on the needs of the project team.
