Senior 3D Scene Artist (AFK Journey)

As a Senior 3D Scene Artist, you will independently create high-quality 3D scene models according to project requirements. You will also participate in optimizing the 3D scene team's workflow, continuously improving the quality standards of 3D scenes. Additionally, you will be involved in managing and integrating scene art resources within the engine. You will handle outsourcing, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. You will also manage on-site outsourcing, schedule, and control quality, providing production guidance to ensure the final effect and deadlines are met. You will collaborate with concept artists, planners, special effects artists, TA, and LA to clearly understand the underlying needs of all parties and provide professional suggestions from a 3D perspective. Finally, you will continuously follow industry trends to ensure leading art quality.
