The Legal Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's party and league organizational information (including the transfer and maintenance of party/league member relations and archives) and assisting in the organization and preparation of related meetings. They will oversee the development and execution of the annual special work plan for the party and league, including but not limited to employee education activities, cultural construction activities, and legal training activities, and complete implementation evaluation reports. Additionally, the specialist will establish the trade union system, improve trade union construction, and participate in legal publicity related to the trade union. They will also participate in the construction of employee rights protection mechanisms, be responsible for the organization, compliance assessment, and feedback of employee opinions, assist in the organization of democratic management procedures such as employee representative conferences, identify potential legal risks, and assist in resolving labor disputes. Furthermore, the specialist will conduct legal compliance screening of activity plans and external promotional materials, and complete cross-departmental collaborative affairs support, providing basic governance and standardized recommendations for business development.
