2. In-depth Operation of Core Users: Establish and maintain core player profiles for Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan. Through communication, exclusive welfare systems, and feedback collection mechanisms, deeply engage core user groups, enabling them to become "native disseminators" of the game's reputation. Simultaneously, keenly observe player needs and feedback, collaborating with product and planning teams to optimize the game experience.
3. KOC Matrix Cultivation and Content Dissemination: Discover and incubate game KOCs (Key Opinion Consumers) in traditional Chinese regions, customizing exclusive growth plans and content creation support. Through systematic KOC operation strategies, promote high-quality game content (guides, reviews, fan creations, etc.) to spread across local social platforms, game forums, and other channels, reaching more players and potential users, and enhancing the game's influence in the target market.
1. Hard Requirements: Must have lived in Taiwan, possess a deep understanding of Taiwanese cultural customs, language habits (including internet slang), and lifestyle, and be able to accurately grasp the mindset and emotional needs of local players.
2. Experience and Ability: Possess 1-3 years of experience in community operations, user operations, or marketing. Familiarity with traditional Chinese content creation standards is required.
