Job Summary

Responsible for the design of the early to mid-game new user experience, creating high-quality game design documents. This includes designing solutions for new user experience, theme integration, and gameplay conversion, as well as overseeing production, testing, optimization, and documentation. Collaborate closely with art and programming teams to efficiently implement system functionalities.

Must Have

  • More than 5 years of game planning experience.
  • Must have 0-1 SLG project experience.
  • Complete mobile game project development experience.
  • In-depth research on (Cok-like) SLG+X products.
  • Passion for SLG games, strong self-drive, high stress resistance, and ability to handle fast-paced development.

Good to Have

  • Long-term in-depth experience with multiple Cok-like products is a plus.

1. Independently responsible for the design of the early and mid-term new user experience in the game, and complete high-quality game design proposals.

2. Mainly responsible for the design of new user experience, theme integration, and gameplay conversion solutions, as well as production follow-up, testing and verification, adjustment and optimization, and related document production.

3. Coordinate closely with art and programming teams and team members to efficiently complete the implementation of system functions.

Job Requirements

1. More than 5 years of game planning experience, must have 0-1 SLG project experience, long-term in-depth experience with multiple Cok-like products is preferred.

2. Complete mobile game project development experience, with in-depth research on (Cok-like) SLG+X type products.

3. Passionate about SLG genre games, strong self-drive and stress resistance, able to withstand the pressure of fast-paced development.
