2. Based on multi-game data research topics, build an analysis research framework and methodology, and provide data basis for the R&D direction and advertising strategy optimization of similar games through data analysis and data modeling.
3. Build and iterate automated analysis models and market monitoring dashboards, continuously track global game market trends and competitor dynamics, discover high-potential product features, and regularly output reports in conjunction with the strategy team to support project initiation decisions and efficient resource allocation.
1. At least 3 years of experience in game data analysis. Experience in SLG, FPS, or match-3 games analysis, enjoys playing games, and understands game business logic is preferred.
2. Clear and rigorous thinking, good at finding analysis anchors and problem decomposition frameworks from vague problems, with systematic methodology precipitation.
3. Goal-oriented, clear logic, able to pursue problems to the end and achieve solid results independently or collaboratively.
4. Proficient in common data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, familiar with common visualization tools; proficient in common statistical analysis methods and statistical learning models.
5. Strong self-drive and results-orientation, high sense of responsibility and initiative, ability to collaborate across departments and implement strategies.
6. Background in statistics, mathematics, computer science; experience in data analysis in gaming, internet, or related industries is preferred.
