4. Participate in managing and integrating scene art resources within the engine.
5. Communicate and collaborate with multiple disciplines such as planning, animation, VFX, TA, and LA, clearly understanding their underlying needs, and providing professional advice from a 3D perspective.
6. Continuously monitor competitor advertising materials to ensure the competitiveness of art design.
1. Graduated from an art academy or major, with a solid art foundation, keen sense of color and material, and very high aesthetic ability.
2. Passionate about games, familiar with European and American cartoon styles, excellent hand-painted texture skills, proficient in PBR production processes, with over 4 years of 3D environment production experience.
3. Simple and sincere, strong sense of responsibility, friendly to people, possessing excellent communication, coordination, and expression skills, with the awareness and ability to proactively discover and solve problems.
4. Familiar with UE5's rendering characteristics, proficient in software tools such as 3DMax, Maya, Substance Painter, ZBrush.
5. Bonus points: Understanding of game user acquisition advertising, or experience as a lead artist for small to medium-sized 3D games.
