Job Description

• Responsible for the daily management and construction of the large model application and infrastructure team, formulating team development plans and technical roadmaps.
• Lead the R&D and implementation of internal AI platforms, including the construction and optimization of multimodal generation capabilities for images, videos, and audio.
• Responsible for the overall technical solution and engineering implementation of AI localization related businesses (AI translation, speech synthesis, multilingual processing, etc.).
• Promote the application of AI in QA/LQA automated testing scenarios to improve testing and content verification efficiency.
• Coordinate the application of large models within the company, including model integration, Prompt/Agent framework design, service integration, and data flow.
• Track cutting-edge AI technologies, combining business needs for innovation and expansion.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related majors.
• 3 years or more of AI R&D experience, with 1 year or more of team management experience, and complete project implementation and delivery experience.
• Familiar with mainstream large model ecosystems (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, etc.), with experience in cloud model API integration and application development.
• Familiar with mainstream image and video generation technologies and tools (such as Diffusion series models, ComfyUI, etc.), with experience in multimodal generation processes and platform construction.
• Possess good engineering and project management capabilities, familiar with mainstream deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
• Possess excellent cross-team communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with various departments to implement AI solutions.
• Maintain sensitivity to cutting-edge AI technologies and be able to quickly transform technical achievements into actual business value.
