Job Description

The Compensation Specialist will be responsible for the accurate and timely calculation and distribution of employee compensation and bonuses, as well as the daily operations, calculation, and payment of social security, housing provident fund, and individual income tax. This role involves analyzing human resources costs, collaborating with the finance team for budget-actual analysis, and optimizing HR cost statistics. The specialist will also work with HR system vendors to improve payroll systems and manage compensation-related documentation and commercial insurance. A bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of experience in compensation operations are required.
Must have:
  • Responsible for employee compensation and bonus calculation and distribution.
  • Manage social security, housing provident fund, and individual income tax operations.
  • Analyze human resources costs and collaborate with finance for budget-actual analysis.
  • Work with HR system vendors to improve payroll systems.
  • Handle compensation operations, including commercial insurance and documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a related major.
  • 2-5 years or more of experience in compensation operations.
  • Meticulous, rigorous, upright, resilient, confidential, responsible, and cooperative.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data processing.
  • Good business requirement analysis, logical thinking, communication, and promotion skills.
Good to have:
  • Experience in the gaming industry or large internet company SSC
  • Familiarity with national social security & individual tax policies and labor laws
  • Experience in using macros and Python for data processing and efficiency improvement

1. Responsible for employee compensation and bonus calculation and distribution, ensuring timely and accurate payment.

2. Responsible for the daily operation, calculation, and payment of company employee social security, housing provident fund, and individual income tax.

3. Responsible for data organization and analysis related to company human resources costs, collaborating with the company's finance team to complete budget-actual analysis, and continuously optimizing HR cost statistical analysis to support business.

4. Collaborate with HR system vendors to promote intelligent connection and continuous improvement of the payroll calculation system and data sources.

5. Responsible for compensation operations work including commercial insurance, employee certificates, and compensation-related data document organization.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in a related major, with 2-5 years or more of experience in compensation operations; experience in the gaming industry or large internet company SSC is preferred.

2. Meticulous and rigorous in work, upright and resilient, strong sense of confidentiality, responsibility, and cooperation.

3. Familiarity with national social security & individual tax policies and labor laws in various regions is preferred.

4. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data processing; experience in using macros and Python or other related applications for data processing and efficiency improvement is preferred.

5. Possess good business requirement analysis ability, strong logical thinking, communication, and promotion skills.
