1. Responsible for the overall planning and design of middleware SDK products, covering account login, payment access, advertising placement, data reporting, compliance and other functional modules. Develop solutions and coordinate with the development team for implementation and maintenance, ensuring platform stability and reliability.
2. Interface with domestic and international SDK access of major game distribution channels, cooperate with mobile development teams to solve integration and functional problems, and promote project delivery on schedule.
3. Optimize user login and payment processes, continuously improve product experience based on user data and feedback, and enhance user retention and payment conversion rates.
4. Plan advertising and data statistics related functions, integrate advertising attribution and monetization SDKs, and support promotion data monitoring and effect analysis.
5. Design and continuously improve payment and account security risk control mechanisms, monitor fraudulent activities in real-time and implement protective measures to ensure system security and compliance.
6. Deeply research business requirements, collaborate closely with publishing, operations, advertising, data, business, legal, and finance departments to collect and organize various product requirements, form middleware product functional solutions and configuration capability solutions, write high-quality requirement documents and interactive prototypes, organize requirement reviews and promote feature launches, track operational data and user feedback after product launch, analyze key indicators and continuously iterate and optimize product functions and user experience.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, computer science, software engineering or related major background preferred.
2. 1-3 years of product manager experience in the gaming industry, preferably with SDK, publishing or middleware product experience, familiar with one or more publishing product businesses, including but not limited to game SDK, payment center, passport center, customer service center, PC launcher, GM. Understand the upstream and downstream ecosystem of products, familiar with game publishing and game operation workflows. Familiar with game publishing and operation processes, understand business scenarios such as accounts, payments, advertising, data and risk control.
3. Possess excellent business understanding and product planning capabilities, able to formulate product strategies based on user demands and industry trends; possess good data analysis capabilities and logical thinking.
4. Familiar with product development and project management processes, able to independently complete requirements analysis, PRD writing and prototype design; proficient in product design tools such as Axure, XMind, Visio, with experience in writing product documentation.
5. Good communication and cross-departmental coordination skills, attention to user experience details, empathy and teamwork spirit; strong sense of responsibility and execution, able to drive tasks to completion with an ownership mindset.
6. Overseas game publishing project experience preferred, familiar with international access and compliance requirements; passionate about games, with a deep understanding of game products.
Bonus points: Internet or middleware product experience preferred, with certain technical background and R&D communication skills.
