Job Description & Summary

On this occasion, we are looking to incorporate a professional with between 4 and 6 years of experience as a Legal Advisor for companies in Labor Law into our Tenerife office.

Some of the main functions of the position are:

• Resolution of labor-related queries
• Court assistance in social jurisdiction
• Collective bargaining
• Preparation of dismissal letters
• Review of compliance with labor and Social Security regulations by legal entities
• Legal support to other departments in civil or corporate matters

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in court assistance.
• Essential: Law Degree + Master's in Law + Bar Association membership.
• Good level of English.
• Valuable: competitive examinations for notary, registry, judiciary, state advocacy, etc.
