Summary

The Treasurer at Playrix will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial data and optimizing company processes. Key responsibilities include maintaining bank documentation, supporting centralized treasury processes across the company group, acting as a master data administrator in 1C: HM, interacting with various departments to implement controls and process optimizations, training users on 1C: HM, maintaining a knowledge base, preparing analytical reports, conducting audits, and adhering to internal policies. This role requires strong financial reporting skills, experience with 1C, proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets, and excellent communication skills.

Team, about the role

A treasurer vacancy is open to candidates ready to take responsibility for the accuracy of our financial data and the optimization of company processes. You'll work with 1C, verify and enter information, and interact with other departments to ensure the efficiency of all processes. If you love keeping order in data and creating clear instructions, this role is for you! 

Tasks

● Maintaining documentation support for dealings with banks (preparation of banking forms, notification of changes, response to inquiries)

● Supporting centralized treasury processes in the group of companies (integration of new studios)

● Performing the functions of a master data administrator in 1C: HM (maintaining unified directories, checking requests for entering new and changing existing master data)

● Interacting with other departments within the group of companies (IT, accounting, procurement, office administration) on the implementation of controls, process optimization, and automation of functionality in the context of the work of the master data administrator

● Training new users to work with master data in 1C: HM

● Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base in your area of expertise (instructions, processes, regulations)

● Preparing analytical reports (reports on weekly and monthly balances, master data, user performance, etc.)

● Conducting regular audits of the treasury, monitoring compliance with internal policies and regulations

● Performing additional tasks within the treasury

Requirements

● Knowledge in the field of creating financial reports and experience working with MS Excel and Google Sheets

● Experience in drafting instructions and regulations, working with tools for visualization and documentation of processes (Lucid, ShareX, Miro, or similar)

● Experience in 1C: Holding Management or 1C: ERP

● English language level no lower than intermediate

● Ability to plan and make informed financial decisions

● Attention to detail, ability to analyze and solve problems

● Flexibility and resilience to stress in the face of change and urgent tasks

● Experience working in project teams and the ability to effectively build a dialogue with colleagues
