As the Sr. Analyst of Treasury and Investor Relations at CSG, you will play a leadership role in driving cross-functional financial initiatives, shaping investor messaging, and serving as a critical financial thought partner to the CFO, SVP of Finance and Manager of Treasury. You will oversee and play a key role in supporting both our treasury and investor relations departments. This highly visible role involves collaborating with senior leadership across Finance, Strategy, and the Executive Leadership Team, guiding end-to-end analysis processes, and creating materials that influence executive and investor decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to directly shape how CSG communicates its financial vision to internal and external stakeholders, while providing critical insights for our treasury group.
Must have:
  • Assist in all treasury activities
  • Update the 13-week rolling cash forecast to actuals
  • Utilize Trovata Treasury Management System to aid in cash management
  • Utilize Ad hoc reporting and analysis to drive real time cash utilization
  • Be a spokesperson of CSG to banking partners
  • Assist in any capital market’s needs (debt refinancings, credit facility refinancings, etc.)
  • Analyze initiatives that improve CSG’s cash flow generation
  • Assist in the modernization and automation of legacy processes
  • Assist in all investor relations activities
  • Create quarterly earnings materials including earnings presentation, management scripts and Q&A
  • Assist in all sell-side activities including attending investor conferences, answering Wall Street questions and being a spokesman for CSG to Wall Street
  • Engage with buyside firms and actively target potential investors
  • Handle Ad-hoc requests from management including competitive intelligence, industry news monitoring and educating internal groups on CSG’s position to Wall Street
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Have 2+ years of experience in treasury or investor relations, preferably in software, telecommunications, customer engagement or payments industries
  • Have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Have a solid understanding of cash flow management, key treasury responsibilities and basic understanding of investor relations workflows
  • Have exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Have strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Have the ability to influence and build relationships across multiple levels of the organization
  • Be comfortable working in fast-paced environments and adept at identifying improvement opportunities in financial workflows and reporting
  • Be willing to travel 10–15% for investor meetings and conferences
  • Have high professional integrity and sound business judgment
Good to have:
  • MBA, CTB, CFA, or CTP is a plus
  • Familiarity with treasury and/or investor relations tools (e.g., Treasury Management Systems, Q4, Nasdaq,) is a plus

As the Sr. Analyst of Treasury and Investor Relations at CSG, you will play a leadership role in driving cross-functional financial initiatives, shaping investor messaging, and serving as a critical financial thought partner to the CFO, SVP of Finance and Manager of Treasury. We are looking for a Treasury & Relations Sr Analyst who will:

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA, CTB,CFA, or CTP is a plus
  • Have 2+ years of experience in treasury or investor relations, preferably in software, telecommunications, customer engagement or payments industries
  • Have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with treasury and/or investor relations tools (e.g., Treasury Management Systems, Q4, Nasdaq,) is a plus
  • Have a solid understanding of cash flow management, key treasury responsibilities and basic understanding of investor relations workflows
  • Have exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for executive audiences
  • Have strong organizational and project management abilities; able to lead multiple workstreams under tight deadlines
  • Have the ability to influence and build relationships across multiple levels of the organization
  • Are comfortable working in fast-paced environments and are adept at identifying improvement opportunities in financial workflows and reporting and is willing to travel 10–15% for investor meetings and conferences
  • Have high professional integrity and sound business judgment

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$86,847.39-$138,955.82

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
