Responsible for the design and production of game UGC pipelines, creation tools and templates, operational capabilities, and Gameplay modules.
1. 3+ years of game planning experience; extensive involvement and in-depth research in various game types, able to clearly deconstruct their gameplay systems.
2. Possess strong systematic thinking and logical ability, able to independently complete the entire process from experience decomposition, document writing to development follow-up.
3. Deep insight into the UGC ecosystem, familiar with various mainstream UGC games and editor products, and possess at least one of the following experiences:
4. Possess certain technical planning abilities, familiar with basic operations of at least one mainstream game engine such as Unity/UE, able to communicate smoothly with developers, and understand the boundaries of technical implementation.
