We are looking for a visionary UI/UX Designer to transform raw concepts into polished player journeys. You will analyze market best practices, leverage AI for accelerated ideation, and create engaging, on-trend interfaces for Western casual audiences. Responsibilities include building a cohesive design system, prototyping event flows, and owning the pixel-level details that shape user experience and revenue. You will also be responsible for event and feature UX, visual design and art production, design system ownership, competitive teardowns, specifying micro-interactions and UI Vfx, cross-functional communication, and user-centered iteration, including AI-driven workflows.
Good To Have:- Hands-on UI/UX work on 1 shipped F2P title
- Experience thriving in ambiguous and rapidly pivoting startup environments
- Degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or similar
- Experience with After Effects / Lottie, Spine-2D, Unity 3D
- Ability to interpret A/B dashboards and retention funnels for UI iterations
- Comfortable creating concept art and working in Photoshop
Must Have:- 1 shipped Game title or 2-3 shipped Apps (ideally Western women-targeted)
- Portfolio of polished, on-trend mobile game interfaces, icons, HUDs
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (PS, IL, Sketch), Figma
- Demonstrated use of Gen-AI tools (Midjourney, PS GenAI, ChatGPT)
- Understanding of Western audience preferences (color, composition, humor)
- Clear communication and ability to advocate for UX decisions
- Comfortable with research, wireframing, visual design, light animation, and dev hand-off
