UI / UX Designer

Job Responsibilities/ 工作职责:

You will be responsible for the overall user experience design and planning of the company’s client software and mobile products. This includes creating wireframes, user flows, and complete UI/UX designs based on product plans, feature requirements, and user research. You will collaborate with product managers and QA to test, analyze, and optimize usability and functionality before and after product release. Additionally, you will work closely with developers to ensure the final product aligns with the design vision.

Qualifications:

1. Passionate about design, with a strong ability to proactively identify and solve problems.

2. Solid foundation in art and design, with a Bachelor’s degree or above in Design or a related field; strong aesthetic sense and visual skills.

3. 5+ years of experience in interaction and user experience design (requirements may be relaxed for exceptional candidates).

4. Proven experience independently completing product design and user flows.

5. Familiar with interaction and UX design processes and standards, with extensive experience in interaction design and user experience optimization.

6. Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, and related tools.

7. Highly responsible, detail-oriented, collaborative team player with strong stress resilience.

8. Fluency in written and spoken English.
