Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create user-centric designs that enhance engagement, drive users to target pages, and align with marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical expertise, marketing knowledge, and an understanding of user behavior to improve conversions and overall user experience.

- Design and develop user interfaces for marketing websites and landing pages, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to translate business requirements into compelling design solutions.
- Optimize user journeys to increase conversions and reduce drop-offs.
- Ensure designs align with SEO, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and digital marketing goals.
- Work with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve the user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across all devices and platforms.
- Work with developers to implement designs and ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
- Stay current with emerging design trends and best practices in UI/UX.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital assets.
- Collaborate with project managers to meet project timelines and deliverables.
- UI/UX Design Proficiency – Strong skills in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Marketing Knowledge – Understanding of digital marketing, and CRO strategies
- User Behavior Analysis – Ability to use Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar to optimize UX.
- Technical Knowledge – Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (coding not required but a plus).
- Conversion-Focused Design – Ability to create engaging, user-friendly interfaces that drive traffic to key pages.
- Collaboration & Communication – Work effectively with developers, marketers, and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail – Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for aesthetics and usability.
- 4+ years’ experience in SaaS, B2B.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, usability testing, and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
