Job Description

MadOverGames is seeking a world-class Unity3D Developer to join their team in developing next-generation mobile social games. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building great products and bringing games to life, contributing to a fun and energetic environment. This role involves developing new game features, inspiring technical solutions, reviewing code, and ensuring code maintainability and performance across mobile devices.

Must Have:

Code and develop new games and features (gameplay, IAPs, prototypes, SDKs).
Inspire technical solutions and spearhead multiple games.
Review code and design decisions for scalability and maintainability.
Promote code maintainability, extensibility, and reusability.
Provide feedback on gameplay and user experience.
Monitor technical performance, including server code, communication, bugs, and crashes.
Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent field.
1+ years of experience in game development and Unity 3D (C#).
Ability to solve complex problems optimally.
Strong empathy for users.
Love and passion for mobile games.
Ability to adapt to different game genres.
Ability to create quick prototypes.
Ability to learn different technologies quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Code and develop new games and features such as gameplay, IAPs, prototypes, implementation of SDKs, etc.
Inspire technical solutions while spearheading multiple games
Review code and design decisions with teammates and propose changes and improvements to promote scalable, reliable, and maintainable technologies for our gaming platforms.
Promote code maintainability, extensibility, and reusability across all mobile devices
Provide feedback to help shape the final product of our games in terms of gameplay and user experience
Monitor the technical performance of games including server code performance, server- client communication issues, bugs, and crashes.
