Job Description

We’re searching for a Vice President/Group Director of Media who’s an expert in pioneering media solutions, takes ownership for leadership within the Media group and acts on a sense of creative collaboration. You’ll oversee the development of strategy and Media for clients.
Must have:
  • Contribute to a core team responsible for strategic initiatives
  • Articulate departmental and customer segmentation and Media tactics
  • Oversee development of program strategies across different teams
  • Assume a huge role on core client teams and new business opportunities
  • Maintain senior level relationship with publishers
  • Engage in public relations within the Media field
  • Represent the agency within industry organizations
  • Support relevant training sessions
  • Establish long-term trust with clients
  • Four year degree
  • 6-12 years of Advertising and Marketing industry experience
  • 3 years of staff management and team leadership
  • Expertise in the digital world
  • Thorough knowledge and expertise in different types of Media
  • Proven leadership ability and previous client relationship experience
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MRI, and CMR
  • Track record of successful problem-solving skills
  • Superior interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Open to travel as needed
Good to have:
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney)

Qualifications

  • Four year degree (Master’s degree preferred)

  • Candidate must be open to travel as needed
  • Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation

Compensation Range: $146,490-230,460. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 11/15.
