This Director of Consulting Services role involves defining annual strategies, managing accounts, leading and developing teams, and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring operational excellence and profitability.
Must have:
  • Define and harmonize the annual strategy in line with agency objectives and client expectations.
  • Analyze market trends and anticipate evolutions to adapt strategies.
  • Pilot global account management with a high level of fluidity, control, and operational excellence.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Ensure profitability and optimize resources according to financial objectives.
  • Encourage, inspire, and motivate teams through engaging and constructive leadership.
  • Maintain strong, high-level trust relationships with clients.
  • Manage potential crises by proposing adapted solutions.
  • Act as a recognized strategic advisor.
  • 3-4 years of similar experience.
  • Significant experience in account management and project leadership within an advertising agency.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Expertise in creative and commercial strategy development.
  • Excellent communication skills for managing complex high-level client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a long-term vision.
Good to have:
  • Experience on a fast-food (QSR) account or high-volume/fast-paced accounts is an asset.

Responsibilities

Strategy and Creative Conception:

  • Define and harmonize the annual strategy in coherence with the objectives set by the agency and client expectations.
  • Analyze market trends and anticipate evolutions to adapt strategies and exploit emerging opportunities.
  • Continuously challenge and improve processes to maximize the organizational efficiency of managed accounts.
  • Influence business decisions through a clear vision and robust strategic recommendations.

Account Management:

  • Pilot the global management of accounts with a high level of fluidity, control, and operational excellence.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with the agency's global strategy.
  • Guarantee profitability and optimize resources in accordance with the company's financial objectives.
  • Strengthen strategic partnerships and collaborations with various industry players.

Leadership and Team Development:

  • Encourage, inspire, and motivate teams through engaging and constructive leadership.
  • Contribute to the upskilling of collaborators by developing internal talents.
  • Establish a culture of excellence, innovation, and inter-service collaboration.
  • Make strategic decisions by considering their short-term and long-term impacts on the organization.

Client Relations and Expertise:

  • Maintain strong, high-level trust relationships with clients, ensuring proactive and effective communication.
  • Manage potential crises by proposing solutions adapted to clients' specific challenges, in collaboration with managers.
  • Act as a recognized strategic advisor, bringing solid expertise to clients and peers within the agency.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of similar experience.
  • Significant experience in account management and project leadership within an advertising agency.
  • Proven leadership skills, with an ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in developing creative and commercial strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to manage complex high-level client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a long-term vision.
  • Experience on a fast-food (QSR) account or high-volume/fast-paced accounts is an asset.
