Publicis Global Delivery is seeking a Media Performance TAAG Analyst with intermediate Excel knowledge and a keen eye for detail. The role involves campaign setup, trafficking, and report generation across various ad servers, ensuring exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will monitor campaign execution, extract audience insights, proactively identify issues, and act as a strategic partner to clients, providing consultation on campaign setup and troubleshooting.
Must have:
  • Client facing
  • Monitor, pull reports, and ensure campaigns execute according to client needs and guidelines
  • Extract insights from audience data
  • Proactively identify campaign behavior, reporting, and processes
  • Act as a strategic partner within account teams
  • Monitor campaign delivery by post live QA check
  • Provide troubleshooting support for trafficking issues
  • Responsible for trafficking campaigns
  • 6 months - 1 year in roles related to Digital Marketing
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Media/advertising or communication, Business, engineering, Commerce, Arts or any relevant field
  • Communication skills
  • Experience in data management and reporting
  • Microsoft Excel: Intermediate (Must)
  • Proactive and purposeful person
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
Good to have:
  • Digital marketing experience

Overview

We are looking for an intermediate Excel knowledge, an attention-to-detail-oriented person. Analysis thinking and customer service experience. Digital marketing experience is desired but not a must.

The ideal candidate has independence focuses on quality and is eager to grow. Responsible for campaign setup, trafficking, and report generation in different ad servers. Should provide exceptional service to the clients. If you are passionate about digital transformation, cross-team communication, and the digital ecosystem, we are looking for you.

Responsibilities

  • Client facing.
  • Then monitor, pull reports, and ensure that campaigns are executing according to the client’s needs and guidelines, extract insights from audience data.
  • Share results from audience analytics reports with teams when available.
  • Proactively identify campaigns behavior, reporting, and processes, callouts proactively when issues are found.
  • One should act as a strategic partner within account teams, providing consultation to clients on the correct setup of campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign delivery by post live QA check to ensure campaigns are running as expected and targeting objectives are met.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for trafficking issues related to the Creative, HTML tags, publisher implementation, and escalating to third party vendors when necessary.
  • Responsible for trafficking the campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 6 months - 1 year in roles related to Digital Marketing
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Media/advertising or communication, Business, engineering, Commerce, Arts or any relevant field.
  • Communication skills.
  • Experience in data management and reporting.
  • Microsoft Excel: Intermediate (Must).
  • Proactive and purposeful person.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
