As Vice President of Sales at Cambium, you’ll lead both strategic growth and hands-on execution—scaling our sales organization, optimizing revenue operations, and directly engaging with clients. You’ll design scalable systems, bring rigor to forecasting and reporting, and partner cross-functionally to align sales with company-wide goals. This role is ideal for a metrics-driven, entrepreneurial leader with experience in early-stage startups, CRM systems like HubSpot, and a passion for building high-performing, mission-aligned teams.
Build and lead a high-performing and mission-aligned sales team.
Design and implement scalable CRM and reporting systems to drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility and data-informed decisions.
Bring structure and rigor to sales execution, including performance tracking, funnel conversion, and territory planning.
Design and implement strategic sales trainings for continuous upleveling
Define and uphold best-in-class customer experience standards throughout every touchpoint.
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply, People, and Engineering teams to enable proactive planning vs. reactive response.
Collaborate closely with leadership to set enterprise-level targets, shape market entry strategies and translate into execution and results.
8-10 years of experience in sales leadership, scaling sales functions, and early-stage start-ups.
Deep experience assembling and scaling sales teams in fast-moving environments—navigating ambiguity, embracing change, and delivering results through every phase of growth
Proven ability to design and optimize sales systems - CRM workflows, reporting infrastructure, forecasting, and pipeline management - with a data-driven mindset.
Ability to travel at least 25% of the time to meet clients and attend industry events.
Deep knowledge or experience in bringing new products to market, such as wood products, sustainable building materials, and/or construction industry trends.

Salary Range: $175,000-200,000 base plus performance based bonus
