Job Description

This role involves conducting customer identification and due diligence through video calls, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines. The VKYC analyst will be responsible for capturing call interactions, maintaining low defect rates, and providing excellent customer service while following regulatory and compliance standards.
Must have:
  • Carry out customer identification process through video calls
  • Perform due diligence checks & review KYC documentation through video calls
  • Be consistent, thorough, accurate and credible while performing duties
  • Be time bound & ensure requests are closed within stipulated timelines
  • Complete and accurate capture of call interactions
  • Ensure defect rates are kept under acceptable levels
  • Exhibit the highest standards of customer service
  • Ensure all laid down systems and processes are followed
Good to have:
  • Proficiency in any vernacular language

what will you do?

  • carry out customer identification process through video calls
  • performing due diligence checks & reviewing KYC documentation through video calls
  • need to be consistent, thorough, accurate and credible while performing duties
  • need to be time bound & ensure the requests are closed with in stipulated timelines
  • complete and accurate capture of call interactions
  • need to ensure defect rates are kept under acceptable levels
  • must exhibit the highest standards of customer service to ensure customers are comfortable through the verification process and abide by the grooming standards required for the said role
  • ensure all laid down systems and processes are followed as stipulated by the regulatory and compliance standards

you should apply if you:

  • are a graduate with 0-1 year of work experience in a customer service environment. freshers can be considered
  • excellent verbal communication (in English and Hindi) and interpersonal skills. proficiency in any vernacular language is a plus
  • knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • customer service orientation with attention to detail and accuracy
  • ready to work in rotational shifts in 24 x 7 environments
  • need to work 6 days a week and might involve a roaster during the weekends
  • weekly day offs can be on any day of the week
