Job Details

The Temporary Implementation Supervisor Lead will manage day-to-day team activities, supporting task assignments, decision-making, and delivery processes. Responsibilities include addressing escalated customer inquiries, monitoring task progress, preparing reports, and providing coaching to team members.

The role also involves ensuring a positive work environment and recommending best practices to customers and internal teams. This position is estimated to last 12 months. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, including 1+ year in a leadership role, strong communication, troubleshooting, and time management skills, along with industry knowledge.

Here is more of what you’ll get to do:

Lead team in day-to-day activities by supporting them in all aspects of delivery, making process decisions, and determining task assignments.
Investigate escalated customer inquiries as needed.
Assist in monitoring the progress of open tasks through the work order system.
Assist in the preparation of and prepare reports and analyses on trends, recommendations, and technical logs.
Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and training to team members
Address and resolve personnel issues to ensure a positive work environment
Expedite communication, and recommend techniques and best practices to Customers, Implementation Specialists, and Technical Support Specialists.
