Your Tasks

• You analyze and optimize processes in various teams and projects.
• You develop and build (AI-supported) automations.
• You work with product, development, and operations teams and thus gain insights into many areas.
• You create, document, and test new workflows.
• You contribute your ideas and actively shape our working methods.

Job Requirements

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Science, or similar.
• You have at least 1 year of professional experience in the form of a working student position in relevant areas.
• You are enthusiastic about AI, automation, and process management.
• You have initial experience with AI applications, No-Code/Low-Code automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier), RPA tools, or programming (advantageous).
• You enjoy analytical thinking and optimizing processes.
• You work independently and structured.
• You have German language skills at C2 level and English language skills at B2 level.
