Hogarth is seeking a Working Student for Operations in Hamburg, Germany. This role involves supporting scheduling, preparing documents, organizing meetings, assisting with internal projects, and general office and fleet management. The ideal candidate is a student of economics or social sciences with strong communication, teamwork, and hands-on skills, along with excellent German and English proficiency and MS Office skills. Must Have:- Support with scheduling and coordination
- Preparation of presentations, reports, and documents
- Organization and preparation of meetings and events
- Support with planning and execution of internal projects
- General fleet management in cooperation with the WPP fleet team
- General office organization and administration
- Studying economics or social sciences or a comparable degree program
- Communication skills, teamwork ability, hands-on mentality
- Absolute trustworthiness, reliability, and discretion
- Very good German and English language skills, written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office
