Job Description

This role focuses on product-oriented game operations for PUBG Mobile in North America. Responsibilities include collaborating across teams to achieve growth targets, conducting user research to inform product features, optimizing the game's UGC ecosystem (user-generated content), building communication channels with players, and monitoring competitor activities. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in game operations, strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for FPS games. Experience with UGC platforms and fluency in English are highly desirable.

岗位职责

1、基于产品的用户增长需求，推动产品、推广、合作部门等各模块协作，整合资源，以达成整体发行目标；
2、负责用户需求洞察工作，探索、整理、筛选用户视角的建议与方向，提炼并落地为产品功能；基于数据、版本内容和游戏运营规划，输出细分玩法内容和用户运营的规划，执行落地并输出有效结论，提升运营数据；
3、关注游戏玩法生态，基于产品已有地图UGC功能，优化PGC、PUGC生产机制与渠道分发能力；建立稳定的创作者生态和激励机制，引导优质UGC生产，为游戏内容发行提供帮助；
4、搭建运营与玩家的双向沟通机制，监控创作者生态，反馈玩家诉求并推动游戏调优，引导并维护产品口碑。
5、持续关注主要竞品运营情况，跟进竞品防御方案。

岗位要求

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上游戏活动运营相关工作经验；
2、具备较强的项目管理能力和资源统筹能力，能够高效推进项目整体目标完成；
3、有良好的团队合作精神，擅长跨团队/跨部门沟通协作，学习和应变能力强；
4、具备射击或竞技手游，从筹备到上线的完整活跃运营工作经验者优先；
5、热爱FPS游戏，有UGC平台运营经验、英语能力优秀者优先。
