Job Description

This internship at Hong Kong Disneyland offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with industry experts in the Design & Show Quality team. Responsibilities include conducting research for new products and initiatives, maintaining project documentation (meeting notes, action items, plans), preparing progress reports and presentations, tracking project milestones, and performing ad-hoc tasks. The intern will contribute to the creation of world-class experiences, gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and creative environment. Ideal candidates are current university students graduating in or after 2025 with majors in Arts/Social Sciences/Business/Communication/Engineering/Creative Design. Strong team skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent written and spoken English are essential. Design and graphic skills (Photoshop, Keynote, PowerPoint) are a plus. The internship is full-time for three consecutive months between May and August 2025.

Must have:

Current university student graduating in or after 2025
Strong team player, problem-solving skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Available for full-time internship (May-August 2025)
Conduct research, maintain documentation

Good to have:

Design & graphic skills (Photoshop, Keynote, PowerPoint)
Previous Disney theme park experience

Hong Kong Disneyland is now hiring Intern for Design & Show Quality Team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct research and background study for new products and initiatives

Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, action items and project plans

Assist in preparing progress reports and presentations

Track project milestones and deliverables

Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Current university students graduating in or after 2025, majoring in Arts/Social Sciences/Business/Communication/Engineering/Creative Design
Energetic, strong team-players and passionate about Disney.
Skill sets of administrative and problem solving are essential.
Design and graphic skills as added bonus, other preferred skill sets include Photoshop, Keynote & PowerPoint. 
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR.
Must be available for a full-time internship for three consecutive months between May and August 2025.
Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage.
