Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Business Analyst Intern to join our Commercial Organization team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying analytical skills to real-time business projects and collaborating cross-functionally to drive data-informed decisions that positively impact the organization. Key responsibilities include developing and managing reports to provide actionable data findings, collaborating with finance, operations, sales, and marketing teams to construct business cases, and ensuring consistent documentation by creating and maintaining standard procedures for key tasks.
Must Have
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree
- Rising Senior (expected graduation in 2027)
- Returning to the course of study following the internship
- Strong knowledge of or proficiency with technical tools like Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, or Google Slides
- Comfort with data analysis
- Strong knowledge of analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability in strong communication skills and teamwork
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and the ability to organize and structure data
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction

Job Summary

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
- Develop and manage reports to provide actionable data findings and insights for decision-making across the team and organization.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, sales, and marketing teams to construct business cases and present data for key meetings to help influence change and achieve positive outcomes.
- Ensure consistent documentation by creating and maintaining standard procedures for key tasks, complying with company policies and organizational standards.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree and be a Rising Senior (expected graduation in 2027), returning to the course of study following the internship.
- Strong knowledge of or proficiency with technical tools like Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, or Google Slides, and comfort with data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability in strong communication skills and teamwork to effectively collaborate and present data findings.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and the ability to organize and structure data.
- Mandatory Requirement: Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction.

Reasonably expected salary range: $57,000.00 - $71,200.00
