Job Description
Fugo is seeking a 3D Animator to join their Marketing Art team. Responsibilities include creating engaging 3D animations for marketing assets, collaborating with marketing and user acquisition teams to develop compelling visual narratives, animating characters, environments, and props in a stylized manner, and contributing to high-quality renders and animated sequences using Maya and Unity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of animation fundamentals, experience with cinematic or promotional animation, and proficiency in Maya and Blender. The role involves shaping the visual style of marketing content through creative motion and storytelling.

What You'll Do:
- Creating engaging 3D animations for marketing assets
- Working closely with marketing art and user acquisition teams to develop strong visual narratives
- Animating characters, environments, and props in stylized and appealing ways
- Supporting the production of high-quality renders and animated sequences using tools like Maya and Unity
- Helping shape the look and feel of our marketing content with creative motion and storytelling
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Autodesk Maya and Blender
- Solid grasp of animation fundamentals, timing, and camera work
- Experience with cinematic or promotional animation (ads, trailers, cutscenes, etc.)
- Familiarity with rendering tools (e.g. Arnold, Redshift) or Unity-based animation workflows
- A strong eye for composition, pacing, and character performance
