Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D animations for characters, cameras, and objects used in marketing cinematic intros
• Develop gameplay-focused character animations for mobile game marketing creatives using Unreal Engine 5 Runtime (UE5r)
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Art Team to deliver high-quality content with emotional impact

Requirements:

• 2+ years of character animation experience, including the ability to craft expressive facial animations that convey strong emotions
  
• Proven experience in mobile game marketing content production
• Solid understanding of biomechanics and classical animation principles
• Experience working with Blender, or a willingness to confidently master it during the probation period
• A portfolio showcasing your creativity and technical skills, strong sense of style and visual aesthetics, and frame composition
• English level B1 or higher (reading, writing, communication)

      Will be a plus:

• Ability to create character rigs in Blender
• Basic modeling skills

• Creative mindset with the ability to bring ideas to life
• Strong time management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality work on schedule
• Collaborative attitude and the ability to work as part of a cross-functional team
• Proactive approach to learning and willingness to explore new tools and techniques
• Confidence in presenting animation ideas that enhance storytelling and visual impact
• Openness to mentoring and sharing expertise
