Job Description

We are seeking a skilled 3D Generalist to join our Marketing team and enhance Star Merge with stunning visuals. This role involves hands-on work across the entire 3D pipeline, including modeling, lighting, rendering, compositing, and simulations. You will craft cinematic, high-quality content for our game and mobile ads, contributing to a magical visual experience. We aim to merge your talents with our vision to create something truly special.
Must have:
  • Build and assemble 3D scenes based on concepts and storyboards
  • Set up lighting and composition for atmospheric, visually engaging shots
  • Render and composite scenes in After Effects, matching approved overpaints
  • Model high-quality 3D objects and characters
  • Use AI tools to speed up and enhance 3D model creation
  • Create basic object animations and collaborate with animators
  • Run simulations (rigid body dynamics, fluids, particles)
  • Optimize scenes for efficient, top-quality rendering
  • 3+ years of experience as a 3D Layout Artist, 3D Generalist, or 3D Motion Designer (gaming, mobile ads, or content production)
  • Experience with animation and simulations (Blender, and tools like Embergen or Liquigen)
  • Solid knowledge of Blender and Adobe After Effects
  • Skills in 3D modeling & texturing (including Substance 3D Painter)
  • Deep understanding of composition, lighting, and color
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your work
  • Proficient in spoken and written English (B1+ level)
Good to have:
  • Experience in the gamedev industry
  • Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity for cinematic creation
  • Extra skills in 2D motion, concept art, or CG art
  • Mentorship experience
