In this role, you'll craft targeted campaigns to attract users to Star Merge, our mobile free-to-play project, driving users’ growth and engagement. Must Have:
  • Manage the daily operations of User Acquisition, including setting up, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, AppLovin, etc.
  • Test new campaign types, networks, markets and creatives to profitably expand our marketing mix
  • Collaborate with the UA Lead to develop and execute user acquisition strategies that attract high-value players for our mobile game, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
  • Analyze campaign performance data to optimize ROAS, utilizing tools like AppsFlyer for effective tracking and reporting
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UA to drive continuous improvement and innovation within our strategy
  • Collaborate with our creative, data and product teams to ensure our business goals are achieved

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of User Acquisition, including setting up, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, AppLovin, etc.
  • Test new campaign types, networks, markets and creatives to profitably expand our marketing mix
  • Collaborate with the UA Lead to develop and execute user acquisition strategies that attract high-value players for our mobile game, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
  • Analyze campaign performance data to optimize ROAS, utilizing tools like AppsFlyer for effective tracking and reporting
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UA to drive continuous improvement and innovation within our strategy
  • Collaborate with our creative, data and product teams to ensure our business goals are achieved

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition for mobile games
  • Experience running campaigns for IAP-monetized games
  • Bonus: experience with puzzle games
  • Familiarity managing multiple mobile ad networks (SANs and video networks)
  • Proficiency with user acquisition analytics tools (e.g., AppsFlyer)
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and crafting comprehensive reports
  • Solid understanding of best practices and methodologies in user acquisition
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
