Join Plummy Games as a Marketing Creative Producer to shape how millions discover and engage with our casual mobile games. You will develop and execute creative strategies for user acquisition, focusing on A/B testing and iterating based on performance results. This role involves managing creative production from briefs to delivery, collaborating with internal and external partners, and using data to guide future creative directions. You will also track market trends and introduce innovative formats to differentiate our titles.

Must Have

  • Develop and execute creative strategies for user acquisition
  • Generate new creative hypotheses, run A/B tests, and iterate quickly
  • Work across the creative production process (video, static, playable, UGC)
  • Manage internal and external partners for quality and speed
  • Use campaign data to identify trends and guide creative directions
  • Partner with UA managers for systematic testing and optimization
  • Track competitors, platforms, and creative trends
  • Introduce innovative formats and ideas
  • Collaborate with UA, design, and product teams
  • 4+ years experience in creative production or performance marketing in casual mobile games
  • Strong understanding of UA and IAP monetization metrics (CPI, CTR, IPM, ROAS)
  • Proven ability to design, run, and evaluate story-driven A/B test campaigns
  • Storytelling-based creatives experience
  • Hands-on experience with creative production tools (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop)
  • Analytical mindset to turn data into actionable insights
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Fluent in English

  • Familiarity with playable ads and UGC creative formats
  • Knowledge of market intelligence tools (e.g., Sensor Tower, AppMagic)
  • Copywriting or scriptwriting skills for ads and UGC campaigns

**Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative strategies for user acquisition, focusing on casual mobile gaming audiences
  • Generate new creative hypotheses, run A/B tests, and iterate quickly based on performance results (CPI, CTR, IPM, ROAS, etc.)
  • Work closely with the team across the creative production process - from initial briefs to final delivery of video, static, playable, and UGC content
  • Manage internal and external partners to ensure quality, speed, and technical accuracy
  • Use campaign data to identify trends, validate hypotheses, and guide future creative directions
  • Partner with UA managers to ensure creatives are tested systematically and optimized for scale
  • Track competitors, platforms, and creative trends in the casual games space
  • Introduce innovative formats and ideas that differentiate our title in the market
  • Collaborate with UA, design, and product teams to align creatives with game identity and marketing goals

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in creative production or performance marketing within casual mobile games
  • Strong understanding of UA and IAP monetization metrics (CPI, CTR, IPM, ROAS) and how creatives influence user engagement and purchases
  • Proven ability to design, run, and evaluate story-driven A/B test campaigns for UA
  • Storytelling-based creatives experience (character-driven, emotional, or narrative hooks)
  • Hands-on experience with creative production tools (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, etc.) or ability to guide those who use the
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable creative insights
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple creative iterations efficiently
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
