The role involves understanding how weapon design affects gameplay feel in fast-paced shooters, utilizing PBR workflows, clean topology, and material definition. You will create detailed, optimized weapon models balancing realism with stylized appeal, working on a live-service game and collaborating with experienced FPS developers. The company promotes a healthy work-life balance and avoids crunch. Responsibilities include producing high-poly to game-ready weapon models and contributing to the game's meta through art.

We’re looking for a talented 3D Weapon Artist to help craft next-generation firearms for a top-tier hero-based competitive shooter with over 100 million players. This is your chance to work on iconic weapons that will be wielded by the world’s most passionate FPS community.
- Understand how weapon design impacts gameplay feel in fast-paced shooters
- Have experience with PBR workflows, clean topology, and material definition
- Know how to make weapons look and \"feel\" powerful through visual design
- Portfolio should showcase:
- 3+ weapon models with breakdowns (high-poly to game-ready)
