The Store Reserve Manager (MIT) program is a 90-day blended learning program designed to develop the core skills needed to operate a multi-million dollar business. MITs will receive comprehensive training, including theoretical learning, on-the-job training, and direct supervisor guidance, covering key areas such as store operations, business management, customer experience, floor supervision, and talent management. Successful completion of this program is the first step towards a management position, where you will master the basic skills to independently manage a store and establish efficient collaborative relationships with the team. During the program, you will communicate regularly with your direct supervisor and undergo phased evaluations at 30, 60, and 90 days. This program aims to help MITs grow autonomously while receiving long-term career development support from the team. Upon successful completion of the training, you will be promoted to Assistant Store Manager, fully participating in store operations, including: recruitment and training, business analysis and tracking, driving performance growth, merchandise display and promotion, competitor and market analysis, human resource management, etc. The company always adheres to the philosophy of internal promotion. Our regional managers, district directors, and even senior vice presidents have all emerged from the MIT program.
