You will greet customers with a smile, guide them through the store to help them find what they are looking for, and introduce H&M products. All employees working in the store, including Sales Advisors, Store Managers, and Visual Merchandisers, strive to create a warm and appealing atmosphere. Employment contract period: Fixed-term labor contract (part-time job)
Probationary period: 3-6 months (salary and working hours during probationary period: same as after official employment)
Place of employment: (Immediately after hiring) H&M (Umeda), or other stores as presented.
(Scope of change) Sales and other duties determined by the company at the head office.
Working hours: Shift system, 2 days a week or more, 4 hours a day or more OK, those who can work from 7 AM.
Details of overtime work: To ensure work-life balance, overtime requires prior approval from the store manager.
Hourly wage: 1,147 yen~
