What you'll do

  • Properly follow up with inbound and self-sourced leads and close deals.
  • Discover new business opportunities from existing customers and promote upsells.
  • Continuously work on improving the sales process.
  • Perform other related duties as determined by the company.

This role requires

  • 5+ years of direct sales experience, especially 2+ years of SaaS sales experience is desirable.
  • Challenger sales skills to proactively propose to customers and internally. (Route sales not applicable)
  • High interest in new industries and new technologies.
  • Able to conduct sales activities regardless of industry.
  • Experience managing dozens of accounts across multiple industries, rather than just a few specific accounts.
  • Proficient in team selling, especially collaborating with engineers in pre-sales.
  • A hard worker who can think on their feet rather than overthinking.
  • Those with a technical or middleware background, a basic understanding of infrastructure, software trends, and general SaaS sales movements, and experience using various software business tools such as SFDC, Slack, PowerPoint, and Zoom are welcome.
