Job Summary

Testronic is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to support finance operations and ensure an efficient accounting workflow. Responsibilities include preparing and posting journal entries, processing purchasing and accounts payable, reconciling bank statements, assisting with tax filings, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, 0-2 years of experience, and proficiency in MS Excel. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days onsite at the Mega Tower office.

Must Have

  • Prepare and post journal entries for banks, cash, and accounts payable
  • Process purchasing processes including entry to the PRQ system
  • Process accounts payable transactions and all cash disbursements functions
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Assist in tax filings and compliance with local regulations
  • Maintain accurate and organized accounting records
  • Coordinate with Senior Accountant & internal teams and external auditors during audits
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Senior Accountant and Assistant Accounting Manager
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Preferably with 1–2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates with strong academic background may be considered)
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Good to Have

  • Working knowledge with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Quickbooks)
