Localization Quality Assurance Specialist

Join our Localization Quality Assurance department to ensure the highest quality of game localization. Responsibilities include identifying and correcting translation errors, checking game tone, style, audio, text, and cultural correctness. You will also create reports, submit quality improvement suggestions, and contribute to a friendly, collaborative work environment. This remote role offers a chance to gain experience in the gaming industry.

Must Have

• LATAM Spanish C2 level or native
• English C1 level for internal communication and reporting
• Perfect knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation of your language
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure of time

Good to Have

• Passion for gaming and curiosity for new titles
• Experience in game testing, translation, or linguistic game testing
• Familiarity with platforms like Sony (PS4/PS5), Microsoft (PC, Xbox One/XSX/XSS), Nintendo (Switch), Apple (iOS)

• Finding and correcting any translation errors, spelling mistakes and ambiguities.
• Checking the game’s tone and style, audio, text, and cultural correctness.
• Creating reports in Excel and Jira.
• Submitting quality improving suggestions for the errors you find.

Requirements

• LATAM Spanish C2 level or native.
• English C1 level to ensure internal communication and reporting.
• Perfect knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation of your language.
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Great communication skills allowing to express yourself precise and clearly.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure of time.
