Description
Testronic is a long-established supplier of outsourced QA to video games developers. Our key clients include some of the biggest “AAA” studios in the industry. Many customers are based in North America, but we also serve a good number of, usually smaller, studios in Europe.
With a total headcount of 2000 people. The three largest offices we operate out of are New Orleans, Warsaw and Manila, with the latter two locations operating two shifts each.
Although the scope of our operations has varied over time, we are now focused on Functional QA (FQA) as our core competency where we provide high value-add to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with other QA Managers to align goals, share best practices, and ensure consistent service quality across sites.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth.
- Partner with HR and Recruitment to hire, train, and retain top-quality QA talent.
- Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and service delivery, focusing on efficiency and value creation.
- Promote a proactive, solution-oriented mindset within the QA teams, going beyond task execution to add measurable client value.
- Ensure testers understand both the technical and creative aspects of game development, enabling stronger collaboration with developers.
- Track and analyze performance metrics and quality indicators to support data-driven decision-making.
- Present and act on feedback from development teams to ensure our QA service continually meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Contribute to strengthening Testronic’s Functional QA (FQA) offering, ensuring we remain an industry leader in quality assurance.
