Job Description

Eve Legal, a rapidly growing legal tech company, seeks elite sales talent for the Mid Market Account Executive role. This position involves owning the full sales cycle to acquire new plaintiffs law firm clients, driving revenue, and expanding market share. Responsibilities include prospecting, attending industry events, conducting discovery calls, delivering software demos, navigating complex sales processes, and exceeding revenue targets. The role requires a top performer with at least 2 years of SaaS sales experience who is resilient, intellectually curious, ambitious, strategic, and adept at understanding and articulating complex AI SaaS solutions. Success is measured by exceeding targets and potential promotion within 12 months.

The Role: Mid Market Account Executive
As a Mid Market AE, you’ll own the full sales cycle and be responsible for acquiring new plaintiffs law firm clients in our largest and most strategic customer segment. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue and expanding our market share, supported by a high-performance sales culture and a product that delivers undeniable ROI.

What Success Looks Like:

    • First 30 Days: Master our product, value proposition, and sales methodology
    • 60 Days: Build a robust pipeline and close your first deals
    • 90 Days: Consistently exceed monthly targets
    • 12 Months: Promotion opportunity to Senior AE or leadership track

What You'll Do:

    • Strategically prospect and create new opportunities with plaintiffs law firms
    • Attend industry conferences and events to meet prospects and create deals
    • Run compelling discovery calls that uncover pain points and build value
    • Deliver powerful software demos that showcase our platform's ROI
    • Navigate complex buying processes and close high-value deals
    • Consistently exceed revenue targets

Requirements:

    • 2+ years of successful SaaS sales experience (must have)
    • Demonstrated ability to close new business consistently
    • Experience with consultative selling and solution-based approaches
    • Experience selling to law firms is advantageous but not required
