Job Description

Our Public Sector Sales Team is seeking talented, self-directed sales professionals to join our rapidly growing team. As the fastest growing line of business within Salesforce, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the future by driving customer success and supporting the missions of our top Government accounts. You will work closely with current and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique challenges and goals, consulting on the Salesforce Platform to evangelize solutions that help them reach business goals.
Good To Have:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Experience selling business applications to Public sector preferred.
  • Sales Methodology Education.
  • Ability to develop cases and service requirements, while crafting and leading strategic alliances.
Must Have:
  • Manage complete and complex sales cycles presenting the value of our full suite of applications.
  • Develop and execute a strategy to acquire new customers and expand on existing customer relationships to grow account adoption and revenue.
  • Manage and forecast sales activity and opportunities using Salesforce's best-in-class CRM.
  • Multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Establish plans to achieve sales objectives by effectively identifying and qualifying opportunities in the public sector space in France.
  • Uncover a prospect’s current processes, business challenges, and strategic goals based on customer use cases and value hypotheses.
  • Identify compelling value propositions that address customer needs by demonstrating an understanding of technology solutions.
  • Interact with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner.
  • Continuously run toward results using the full capabilities of available resources and tools.
  • Align with the full capacities of the account team and partners to support the deal and customer success.
  • Fluency in English and French.
