Job Description

Join the User Acquisition and Monetization Team at Ketchapp, Ubisoft Mobile, for a 6-month internship starting January 2026. You will manage user acquisition advertising campaigns and maximize audience monetization for a portfolio of mobile games. This role involves analyzing performance data, optimizing campaigns across major international advertising networks (Google, Facebook, Unity, AppLovin), improving advertising inventory sales, sharing data-driven insights, supporting creative processes, and participating in cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency and overall performance.

  • Assist in managing mobile game catalog by analyzing performance data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support the acquisition of new users by analyzing campaigns across major international advertising networks.
  • Contribute to the optimization of advertising inventory sales to improve key profitability metrics.
  • Share insights and data-driven analyses both internally and externally.
  • Support the team in managing the creative process: imagining and producing creative briefs, testing and analyzing performance.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and overall performance.
  • Currently pursuing higher education with a specialization in Digital Marketing, Data Marketing, or a related field.
  • Enjoy analyzing results, extracting actionable insights, and suggesting concrete improvements.
  • Strong organizational skills, rigor, and adaptiveness.
  • Proactive and eager to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable with technical terminology such as ROAS, CPM, ARPDAU, SDK.
  • Excellent level of English.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will join the User Acquisition and Monetization Team, whose mission is to manage user acquisition advertising campaigns and maximize audience monetization (“in-app advertising”). During this internship, you will discover and gain hands-on experience in optimizing the performance of our portfolio of mobile games.

As part of the team, you will contribute to the following tasks:

  • Assist in managing our growing catalog of mobile games by analyzing performance data and identifying areas for improvement;
  • Support the acquisition of new users by analyzing campaigns across major international advertising networks such as Google, Facebook, Unity, and AppLovin;
  • Contribute to the optimization of our advertising inventory sales to improve key profitability metrics;
  • Share insights and data-driven analyses both internally and externally to support effective portfolio management;
  • -Support the team in managing the creative process: imagining and producing creative briefs, testing and analyzing the performance of videos and assets;
  • Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and overall performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You are currently pursuing higher education with a specialization in Digital Marketing, Data Marketing, or a related field;
  • You enjoy analyzing results, extracting actionable insights, and suggesting concrete improvements;
  • You are known for your strong organizational skills, rigor and adaptativeness;
  • You are proactive, and eager to work in a dynamic environment;
  • You have solid proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Power BI is a plus;
  • You are comfortable with technical terminology such as ROAS, CPM, ARPDAU, SDK, etc.;
  • You have an excellent level of English, enabling you to thrive in an international team environment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Recruitment process

If your application is chosen, you will be contacted by a member of the Campus Team to scheduled a phone exchange in order to determine if you’re the job description matches your profile, but also to what you are looking for.

If that exchange is successful, you will be submitted a case study to test your technical skills regarding the offer.

Finally, an interview will be organized (on site or through Teams) with your future manager and the Senior User Acquisition Manager.

What can I expect during an internship or apprenticeship at Ubisoft?

From your very first days, you will attend a Welcome Session introducing you to Ubisoft, its organisation and your working environment for the coming months. Your manager and your team will support you on a daily basis, both during your first few weeks and throughout your entire experience!

Once you are autonomous, your tasks will be varied and give you a sense of responsibility, regardless of the type of contract. Working at Ubisoft means working on real projects on a day-to-day basis.

A dedicated Teams group will also allow you to interact with other interns and apprentices.

What is Ubisoft’s remote work policy?

We embrace a hybrid work model helping you stay connected with your team and aligned with business priorities, while giving you the opportunity to maintain your work-life balance. Note that some roles are fully office-based and are not eligible for hybrid work.

Under our hybrid working model, you will work three days a week at our offices and will be able to work from home up to two days a week.
