The Account Executive is a crucial position responsible for proposing our innovative products and solutions to customers across various industries and sizes, striving to exceed sales targets. This role goes beyond mere product sales, deeply exploring customers' potential challenges and presenting optimal solutions. It's a dynamic position that independently drives the entire sales process, from market research, lead generation, deal creation, product demonstrations, implementation support, and closing, to post-contract customer success.
Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans tailored to assigned customers and regions. Maximize sales opportunities based on market research and achieve quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and manage a sales pipeline consistently three times the target size by developing new customers and discovering new opportunities. Deeply understand customers' business challenges and clearly articulate the value of our solutions to close deals.
Build and strengthen relationships with customers, from on-site personnel to C-level executives, fostering long-term partnerships.
Deeply explore customers' explicit and latent challenges and conduct persuasive product demonstrations to support their business transformation.
As a Salesforce Analytics expert within the sales team, support data analysis. Also, collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders such as sales engineers, customer success, and product support to achieve the best team results.
Continuously gather industry trends and competitor information, and as an expert in our solutions, provide the best value to customers.
